RMG CEO Discusses Gabrielle Union, ‘America’s Got Talent’ Controversy on ‘Isiah Factor’

On Dec. 5, Regal Media Group, LLC (RMG) CEO Todd A. Smith appeared on “Isiah Factor Uncensored” to discuss Gabrielle Union’s termination from “America’s Got Talent.”

Union called out a racist, sexist and toxic work culture at “America’s Got Talent” after being told her hair was “too Black.”

Appearing alongside Smith was radio personalities Young Jas and J.J.

While the aforementioned radio personalities were surprised that people still have issues with Black hair in the workplace, Smith was not surprised because of the need for a California law banning discrimination based on natural hair and the firing of a Black Mississippi journalist after complaints about her natural hair.

“Isiah Factor Uncensored” appears locally on Fox 26 Houston and nationally on Fox Soul.
