On Aug. 30, multimedia personality Todd A. Smith appeared on “Isiah Factor Uncensored” to discuss the Black woman therapist who lost her job for scolding Black men about not seeking counseling and therapy.

Smith said he did not disagree with her overall message. However, her tone and overgeneralization were a problem for him.
